In real life, obtaining kosher meat involves a special method of slaughter called Shechita, which is performed according to Jewish dietary laws.

On Yidcraft, we’ve simplified this process while keeping it inspired by the real Halacha (Jewish law).

Before you can obtain kosher meat, you must craft a Shechita Knife. Here is the crafting recipe

Sealing Table

Use the Shechita Knife to kill one of the following kosher animals:

  • Cow
  • Sheep
  • Chicken

Animals killed with a Shechita Knife will drop Raw Kosher Meat instead of regular meat.

Note: If an animal is killed without a Shechita Knife, it will not drop kosher meat.

Place the Raw Kosher Meat in a furnace, smoker, or other cooking device to receive Cooked Kosher Meat.
